I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The facilities, including the gym and sauna, were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was also really good and had a variety of options. It was easy to get around this city from the hotel.

This Easter I stayed at a hotel in Quindio that was fantastic. I loved the fact that they offered free breakfast, which was not only delicious but also gave me lots of energy to explore the area. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, which made it easy for me to get around. The hotel also had a sauna, which I loved – it was the perfect way to relax after a long day of sightseeing!
There were a few things that I didn't enjoy about my stay at the hotel. the room was quite small and cramped, which made it a bit uncomfortable to spend time in.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant had a good variety. Rooms were equipped with saunas, which was a nice touch after a long day exploring. the hotel was located close to the city center and shopping areas.
The hotel's facilities were outdated, and the rooms were noisy. Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable.

Amazing hotel. Friendly staff. Junior suite is recommended. Clean restaurant. Real sauna and gym. Great showers. Kind and helpful receptionist.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had an average experience. the location was convenient and near to some attractions. the room was clean and had a comfortable bed. the bathroom was good, but not exceptional. the service was decent, but didn't go above and beyond. the breakfast was okay, with limited options. the gym and sauna were very basic.
The lack of attention to detail. the staff didn't have enough change for check out and didn't seem bothered.
